More and more people today are very interested in doing jogging and consider it as the best cardio vascular exercise and why shouldn’t they? If you ask me, I am one of the individuals who have benefited greatly from almost 6 years of jogging everyday. I build stronger immune system, stronger resistance and endurance and the best part is, I’ve lost a lot of pounds. In my first year of jogging, I have lost a total of 78 lbs. Now, that I’m in my best shape, I am considering to run a marathon. But of course, I still need to consult my personal physician regarding this and then, take some time to undergo a marathon running training but I don’t have to hire somebody to do the training. All I need is a book guide called “Marathon Training for Beginners” and I can download it through the Internet pronto.
